In 2019, we found the little hidden gem in South Africa, the Elgin Wine Valley. The wine region Elgin is located between Cape Town and Hermanus and has delicious white wines, with their climate and the misty mountain elements they produce crisp Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc’s. They have ventured into Pinot Noir and some wine farms are able to produce some full bodied red wines.
