Your guide and host, Jim, expertly leads in English and Swedish, weaving together history, culture, nature, and wine knowledge. With a passion for birds and photography, and a deep understanding of African history, Jim’s expertise adds an extra dimension to your journey. A graduate of The Cape Wine Academy and a garagiste winemaker, he is eager to share his love for wine and the art of winemaking. Feel free to ask him anything you desire.
When: Seven days a week, year-round, subject to availability. Closed on Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter Weekend.
Where: We collect and drop off across the Greater Cape Town and Winelands area. We can collect you and drop you off at where you are staying. Please enter your address when making your reservation. We can also drop you off at another address after the tour. (We need to be notified of any baggage to be included in the vehicle.)
Weather: We are not weather dependant. We guide in all weather conditions.
What to Wear: Wine tasting is a casual affair. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. In summer, dress to keep cool, and in winter a sweater is recommended. Comfy walking shoes. Sun hat.
Things to Bring: Camera. - Sunglasses. - An inquisitive mind. - Eager taste buds.
Guests or Spectators: All tours are Private. Only paying individuals are allowed on tour.

This is a marvelous way to thoroughly explore the area and the relaxed pace gives travellers a chance to soak up our fascinating natural diversity and take in panoramic ocean vistas, pristine beaches, towering cliffs, wild bays, and quaint waterfront villages.
